Bose SoundDock 10 Digital Music System The sound that it provides is Amazing This was the Flagship of the Bose SoundDock Systems when it was released at $600 Retail I found this at an Estate Sale and it did not have the original Remote Fortunately I had a box of Remotes and found one that although is not the exact model of the original, it is compatible - I installed a brand new Energizer Lithium battery in it The remote enables the Power, volume up and down as well as advancing or reversing the tracks on my vintage 16 & 80 GB iPods using the 30 pin connection built into the unit - Should mention the unit charged up the iPods while they were docked - Also comes with a Apple Branded Lightning adapter and an additional cradle seen in picture # 4, Not sure what it is intended to fit ? PLEASE NOTE : The 2 iPods pictured, iPhone, Note 9 as well as the 3.5mm cable used to Test this with are NOT INCLUDED - Thanks Should also mention, it does Not have Bluetooth although there are plenty of aftermarket Bluetooth adapters available Confirmed it works with an older iPhone that uses a Lightning connection It also has a common 3.5mm jack on the back which I used a cable to confirm the Remote would control the Volume but Not the Tracks with my Samsung Note 9 or of course this could be wired to your PC or Laptop There is also a yellow RCA Video Output jack - I did Not Test it as I did not have any video on my iPods The unit is in overall very nice condition - Just a few micro scuffs - No Cracks to the housing and No dents in the grill As you can see in picture # 11, one of the 5 rubber feet is missing, Good news is that I had 6 extra New 3M Brand "Bump Ons" clear rubber feet as seen in the last picture which will be included but Not Installed - Simple fix - Remove the old tired feet, clean surface with 91% rubbing alcohol and install the new self adhesive Bump On feet !
