Medical Behavioral Hospital of Northern Arizona, NeuroPsychiatric Hospital, is currently searching for a Facilities Manager to handle all issues inside and out of our hospital located at 181 Whipple Street in Prescott.
We need a jack of all trades!The right candidate must have previous maintenance experience, preferably in a for-profit Behavioral Health Hospital or previously managed a Behavioral/ Psychiatric Maintenance and/or Environmental Services Department.
The right candidate will be accountable for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects associated with the maintenance and upkeep of the facility both inside and out.
The right candidate will oversee the housekeeping department and their respective staff as assigned.
This position will direct the maintenance, repairs, mechanical systems, fire, life safety, and equipment management for the facility.
This position will ensure the preparation of various statistical and operating reports for the hospital's Safety/Risk Committee and up to the governing board.
Responsible for assigned departmental performance improvement and quality initiatives consistent with organizational policies and procedures.
