Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality by providing support for marketing and engagement programs and functioning as a direct liaison between YRMC and the local provider community.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field and two years of experience in a provider liaison and/or provider marketing role. May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working with databases, customer relationship management programs, referral tracking software and content management systems to support Web resources
Demonstrated knowledge of Web development and social media strategies in support of customer/physician engagement
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
Ability to work with various types of people, interests and priorities in a collaborative, win-win approach
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Must be flexible, adaptable and an excellent team player
Must maintain strict confidentiality in respect to engagement strategies, physician relationships, financial reports, protected health information and any other information requiring discretion
Must have reliable transportation
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
Basic proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Must pass pre-employment screening
