Food Service Worker

NOTE:
This is a part-time position (20 hours/week).
The salary listed represents full-time employment and will be pro-rated based on the actual number of hours worked each pay-period.
Likewise, benefits and time-off accrual will also be prorated and based on your part-time work schedule.
There are six (6) positions located in the Dietetic Service at Northern Arizona VA Health Care System in Prescott, AZ.
Major duties and responsibilities include:
o Set up/refill cafeteria/tray lines, steam tables, dining room tables, and side service stands with hot and cold food items o Perform tasks on cafeteria or tray assembly line by placing uniform portions of food on plates, starting trays with condiments and silver, filling beverage servers, loading trays in tray carts o Deliver and retrieve meal trays to/from the patient's bedside or dining room table o Deliver nourishments to patient bedside or designated area o Set up, operate and clean a mechanical dishwasher o Strip trays, load and unload dishwasher using accepted procedures, and store dishes o Scrape, soak, scour, and scrub pots and pans.
o Perform heavy duty cleaning tasks as instructed using correct equipment and cleaning agents o Perform sanitation duties as collecting and removing trash, cleaning floor, equipment, general cleaning as assigned o Break down and clean assigned area on serving lines when the meal is finished and return food to the kitchen o Assist in t ray service to physically challenged patients in the dining room, delivering to and removing trays from tables.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
