ProForce is currently seeking a Purchasing Administrative Assistant to join our hardworking Purchasing team at our Support Center in Prescott, AZ.Purchasing Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include Creating and maintaining reports Managing department schedules Coordinating with sales team Placing and tracking orders Monitoring inventory levels Creating and maintaining promotion schedule Tracking manufacturer programs Recording and documenting procedures Ideal Purchasing Administrative Assistant Candidate Would Possess Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Proficient in MS Office Attention to detail and problem solving skills Ability to work overtime as needed Purchasing Administrative Assistant Pay & Benefits ProForce is a business casual environment that offers a generous benefits compensation package including a starting pay of $19 per hour in addition to COMPANY-PAID Medical, Family Telemedicine program, and Life insurance benefits for our employees.
